Packaging: what I noticed about It's Skin is that every serum they sell has color-coded packaging. The Nutri Knight Serum is housed in a simple tinted glass bottle with a purple sticker. It has an elongated pipette, which does a fairly good job of picking up the product. Each bottle is 30 ml/ 1.01 fl oz. The design is uber simple and practical.

Formula: if there is one thing I learned about Korean beauty products - it is never about the looks but always about the formulation. The Nutri Knight Serum is a water-based formula, with the top ingredients being Methyl Gluceth-20 (potent humectant, solvent), Caprilyc (humectant), Glycerin (occlusive layer, hydration), and Glyceril Stearate (moisture-trapping binder). According to the brand, this formula is infused with 67% Coconut Milk Extract. Honorable mentions go to Tocopheril Acetate (Vitamin E), Allantoin (strengthens skin barrier), Panthenol (anti-inflammatory), Squalane (hydration, antioxidants), and Tromethamine (pH adjustor), all of which are found at the bottom of the ingredient list.

Scent: the Nutri Knight Serum is fragrance-free.

Texture: this serum has a lightweight, "rich" water consistency. It appears white, like coconut milk; however sets clear.

Finish: natural skin finish with a bit of glow. Neither sticky nor greasy.

Application: the Nutri Knight Serum can be easily incorporated into both AM and PM routines. It spreads with ease and needs a moment to get fully absorbed. This formula layers wonderfully with all kinds of skincare products and adds a nice boost of hydration.

long-term use

I have emptied a whole bottle (took me a month and a half) and here is what I have to say. When it comes to things like hydration, nourishment, and a healthy skin barrier - the Nutri Knight Serum is a winner. However, do not expect any overnight anti-aging miracles from it. I believe this formula shines at keeping skin happy, supple, and hydrated. Especially nice for beauties with drier skin types. This formula is a good winter/harsh climate companion as well. It is fairly simple yet it works.

In my case, this serum did not cause breakouts, irritation, or clogged pores.

Verdict

Now that my bottle of the Nutri Knight Serum is finished, I must say it was a dependable and trusted companion. It kept my skin soft, well-moisturized, and drama-free. The formula is fairly simple yet effective and the product lives up to its claims. While it is not the most revolutionary product on the market, it is an excellent choice for both beginners and aficionados. A nice little layer of lasting hydration that keeps irritation, dryness, and dehydration at bay. A B+ from me.
